Dog Friendly

We love having dogs (and their owners, of course) to stay.  We usually have at least one of our own, and we know how useful it is to find somewhere for them to stay.

We do make a small nightly charge for each dog - see HOW Much? for details - and we don't take more than two dogs per room.  (we had 15 dogs one memorable night, and it was all a bit much).

We allow dogs in the rooms (subject to certain conditions) and offer a dog-proof garden, where they can run around and not get out.  We offer, too, towels and a hose to wipe or wash your dog, as required, as well as a powerful torch for those nocturnal pressure-break moments.  Sorry, but we don't provide dog breakfasts...

Below is a small map of our preferred local dog walk; we have a larger version here for you to use if you wish.
